• Lead the overall Security service program.
• Ensure the overall security service program is operating efficiently and effectively
• Understand current state of the project, drivers & expectations, stakeholders, constraints, program risks & opportunities.
• Responsible for the daily management through the life cycle of the Project.
• Define the controls, that is the processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to manage the project/assignment.
• Plan the overall assignment and monitor progress to make sure that milestones are being met across the various projects and programs.
• Manage the risks and issues that might and do arise over the course of the project life cycle, as well as take measures to correct them when they occur.
• Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies between the various programs in the assignment.
• Manage and use resources across the various skills and programs in the assignment.
• Manage stakeholders who are involved in the projects.
• Make sure deliverables are aligned across the projects and programs.
• Establish and maintain relationship with Clients.
• Understand current state of the project, drivers & expectations, stakeholders, constraints, program risks & opportunities.
• Establish and get program vision, goals/ objectives, key success criteria, roadmap and budget from the client.
• Establish and maintain program governance, program management plan and ensure Infosys has seat on the table in client's Security Governance and decision making.
• Effectively communicate and gain client’s acknowledgement on Infosys value adds, successes; Assess, identify, communicate and work on areas of improvement.
• Establish and get program vision, goals/ objectives, key success criteria, roadmap and budget from the client.
• Drive program strategy, direction and execution.
