Ability to effectively coordinate with project stake holders in multiple forum e.g. scope analysis meeting, Change Request meeting to understand and evaluate the impact of change.
Ability to conduct Story card/backlog grooming sessions to capture Business User Requirements via workshops, questionnaires, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
Ability to cohesively work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders to capture the requirements and identify the gap in process flow if any.
Ability to effectively capture the requirement in Rally/TFS with Acceptance Criteria in business equipped terminology.
Ability to translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
Ability to validate the requirements once development is done in AIT env.
Ability to manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary in Rally/TFS.
Ability to be accustomed with Agile methodology and terminology and compliant with sprint-based project implementation.
Ability to communicate the changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements — verbally or through written documentation — to project managers, scrum master, product owners and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
Ability to conduct Sprint end demo to Business users/ Customers highlighting the key sprint deliverables.
