•    Deep industry domain knowledge in Television Residuals
•    Analyze operational performance metrics for core business processes
•    Provide recommendations to identify gaps/ risks to operations targets, using data analytics/ insights and knowledge of operational areas.
•    Collaborate with business leaders to develop requirements understanding and collaborate with technical team for requirement elicitation and traceability
•    Facilitate User show and tell sessions, user training and User Acceptance testing
•    Work with business leaders to assess efficiencies and cost savings opportunities from new technologies and track expected cost savings.
•    Support process improvement and other efforts working with multiple stakeholder groups to streamline operations and improve efficiencies.
•    Develop high quality deliverables and presentations (updates, read-outs, etc.) with attention to detail.
•    Prioritize numerous commitments daily to complete deliverables by established due dates.
