• 6-8 Years of IT experience
• Experience on ServiceNow as business analyst
• Experience in ServiceNow suite development including CMS, SOAP/REST integration,Service Catalogs, Update sets, Discovery, Business Rules, Workflow, and CMDB
• Good experience in IT Asset & Configuration Management Methodology. Basic understanding of the ISTM/ITIL principles and processes
• Hands on experience on  IT Services of Service-Now tool like Service Catalog Requests, Asset Management, Configuration Management, Service-Now Administration, Incident and Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Reporting, Integration with Web Services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities

6 - 8 Years

• Responsible for requirements gathering and requirements analysis in area of specialization.
• Work with stakeholders to understand current state and to identify the future state for the proposed solution. 

• Should be an excellent Team player, self-starter, multi tasked, detail oriented.
• Excellent Communication and Technical writing skills.
• Should be able to work with people (Business, IT and QA) in requirement gathering sessions/workshops
