Responsibilities
· Lead level expertise exercising a technical influence on a team of engineers through requirements architecture and design
· Experience working in order management and order fulfillment systems
· Experience designing configuring and implementing sourcing distribution scheduling routing and inventory management features for order fulfillment
· Expert programming skills in enterprise java frameworks
· Implementing microservices and applying object oriented principles for application design
· Expertise building scalable implementations with modern data processing frameworks and relational databases
· Knowledge of professional software engineering p ractices throughout the full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations
· Expertise architecting and developing highly reliable fault tolerant distributed applications with low latency and high throughput requirements both on prem and public cloud
· Experience working in ibm sterling oms a plus
· End to end extending customizing sterling apis database uis user exits agents and building services expertise re architecting monolithic legacy applications to modern application architectures
· Subscribe to fast paced agile principles with technical designs iterative development code reviews and ability to quickly leverage a wide variety of upstream open source development
· Keen attention to detail ability to dive deep and expert problem-solving skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
