Must have skills
1.    A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, or a related discipline, and 10+ years of relational database background, of which 8+ years as a DBA is required.
2.    Extensive work experience in information technology and diverse technological environments.  Both data and process analysis and modeling skills which include logical and physical database design, as well as physical database implementation.
3.    Strong knowledge of distributed database concepts and design.  
4.    Has large database development experience in Oracle database environments.
5.    Strong performance tuning and trouble-shooting skills.
6.    Understand n-tier architecture, cluster, and database connectivity issues in a client/server environment.
7.    Good Knowledge and experience to Build, Configure, Optimize and Troubleshoot High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and Data Replication Systems.
8.    Experience with Oracle Database Engineered Systems (Exadata, ODA, ZDLRA).
