1. Strong technical knowledge / hands on experience in Java 8 and above, micro services, Unix shell scripting, version control and guide the team to resolve any technical issues

2. Exposure to Azure is an added advantage

3. Understand the requirements, create necessary design documentation and articulate the same to all stakeholders clearly. Solid knowledge on design principles backed with healthcare domain knowledge.

4. Good in communication and be able to lead discussions with business and IT stakeholders.

5. Have prior experience working in onsite/offshore model

6. Proficient enough to perform a tech lead role and glue the onsite and offshore teams to deliver the project successfully.

7. Knowledge of Agile and basic knowledge on JIRA
