Have at least 12+ Years of experience in Software Industry.
Has at least 3 – 5 years of past working experience as a Full Stack Developer (Has worked on Front end technologies like Angular / ReactJS + Backend Java / Node / .Net)
Has strong knowledge in ReactJS, AngularJS & NodeJS
Has strong knowledge in Java, J2EE, Spring.
Has very strong knowledge in designing & developing REST APIs (Could be in Java / NodeJS / .Net)
Has strong knowledge designing & developing Front end applications. (Should have experience working on CSS, Responsive Design etc.,)
Has at least 3 – 5 years of experience working as a Solution Architect
Should be able to provide solutions for the business problem.
Has prior experience working with Performance Testing Tools like JMeter / Blaze Meter / Load runner.
Has at least 7 years of working experience as a Technical Lead.
Has at least 1 -2 years of working experience as a Scrum Master
Should drive daily stand up meetings
Should manage the Sprint boards
Should assign work to the team members
Should participate in Story grooming and derive acceptance criteria from the grooming.
Should be able to contribute to the code and develop stories when needed.
Should have experience handling multiple projects in parallel.
Has at least 2 – 3 years of experience in Cloud based platforms like AWS/Azure
Should be able to manage EC2 / VM Instances.
Should have knowledge on Infrastructure setup and configuration.
