8+ years experience as a Salesforce developer with Salesforce platform experience.
Experience developing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems, tools, and APIs, preferably within an Agile Environment.

Job Description:
Provides expert content and professional leadership on complex application development assignments/projects.
Acts as the principal designer for major systems with moderate complexity and their subsystems utilizing a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs.
Works closely with client and IT management and staff to identify application development solutions, new or modified programs, reuse of existing code using program development software alternatives, or integration of purchased solutions or a combination of the available alternatives.
Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient application programming solution.
Develops, documents, tests, and implements applications, and provides on-going support.
In collaboration with other team members, provides a vision for the Salesforce platform and identifies gaps in business processes that could be addressed with Salesforce solutions.
Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders.
Takes ownership of what the team builds after the release; considers customer adoption as success criteria.
Mentors members of the team to maximize overall productivity and effectiveness of the team.
Leads/reviews of Salesforce design approaches/impacts with architecture and testing.
Understands the technical insights / environment and architectural decisions that impact stability of the platform and integrated systems.
Translates business/functional requirements to technical solutions.
Required qualifications:
Strong understanding of Force.com framework, strong coding skills (APEX, Visualforce and the Web Services API) while adhering to the best practices of Salesforce development standards.
Strong knowledge on sharing model, creation and maintenance of custom objects and fields, handling bulk data migration, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and troubleshooting of Apex and integrations.
Good experience working with Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, REST APIs, SOAP (JSON and XML) objects.
Experience in developing solutions with Salesforce declarative tools: workflows, process builders, validation rules, flows and approval processes.
Salesforce Lightning configuration and development experience.
Lightning component in Aura Framework.
Ensuring that data flows through the various pieces of the integration smoothly.
