Required - DEAL BREAKERS

•             5-7 years of verifiable experience as BA or BSA in a Sales & Event Management Software

•             Experience writing and creating a business requirements document or a functional requirements document

•             Ability to decompose technical information into details and requirements that the business can digest

•             Must be able to conduct gap analysis

•             Must be able to document business processes and work flows

•             Experience Testing stories or use cases and working closely with the QA team and validate functional requirements

•             Experience with Unified Modelling Language (UML) Diagrams (Use case diagram / sequence diagram) using tools like Visio

•             Experience Test Cases

•             Experience writing support and training documentation

•             Ability to multi-task

•             Experience with MS Office tools

•             Understanding of PM Principles

•             Ability to present to and train individuals or teams

Preferred – CANDIDATE SEPARATORS

•             Experience with Amadeus and iVvy

•             Casino / Gaming industry Experience
