The Expertise You Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Hands on experience as a software engineer
• Demonstrated experience as a technical lead responsible for designing & implementing complex solutions
• Highly proficient coding in Java
• RESTful Web service development
• Hands on AWS experience
• Solid relational database experience, ideally with Oracle PL SQL
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
• CI/CD & container experience: Jenkins, Udeploy, Docker
• Architectural acumen and the ability to help define and drive a technical roadmap
  
   

The Skills You Bring

• Preferred skills:
  • AWS Certification
  • Rules development using Drools, IBM ODM, or equivalent
  • Expertise with data modeling
  • Experience with variable compensation systems and domain
  • Data streaming using Kafka or similar
  • CallidusCloud
