Candidate with 5+ years of experience and should possess expertise knowledge & experience in SUM tool, SAP Upgrades, support pack upgrades, Addon installation/upgrade.

Experience of unicode conversion would be an added advantage.

Should have experience with SAP products like ECC, BW, CRM, EP, BOE

Should have support/implementation knowledge and experience on SAP HANA 2.0

Experience of solution manager 7.2 configuration and upgrade.

Troubleshooting techniques and the ability to analyze and resolve difficult technical issues quickly in a high-pressure environment.

Works collaboratively with various members of the team and the other infrastructure resources in support of SAP activities.

Work with third-party vendor products teams (SAP and partners) to resolve any technical issues.
