•           Translate campaign segmentation needs into technical execution within the Unica Campaign platform for the extraction of organizational data to inform marketing campaign strategy and fulfill list needs for efficient and effective campaign targeting using IBM Unica Campaign.

•           Daily monitoring of jobs and execution of corrective measures in case of any issues to ensure processes are performed to deliver the scheduled campaigns on time and accurately.

•           Monitor system health, DB server cleanup activities, support system patching and upgrades to the tool. Provide work estimates on break-fixes and enhancements.

Should have experience with salesforce.

Salesforce Knowledge

E-commerce Knowledge.

•           Technical expertise with HCL's Unica Campaign platform: creating, troubleshooting, and supporting simple and complex flowcharts.

•           Ability to optimize front-end processes and backend configuration settings. connections, file outputs, error tracking, and process tracking.

•           Practical experience writing and reading SQL and leveraging backend databases.

Experience with marketing data sets, e.g. marketing automation or email service provider platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Silverpop/WCA/Acoustic/Eloqua
