We're partnering with our healthcare technology client in search of Program Manager for a long term remote contract. Seeking someone experienced with large scale implementation including budget management, Planview allocations, reporting and IPP development and tracking.

The requirements include the following:

• 5+ years of full lifecycle project management experience   
• Must have healthcare industry experience - Blue Cross, Anthem, Carefirst, Horizon preferred 
• Must have Agile and Waterfall experience and understand Agile delivery principles 
• PMP certification and MS Project experience required 
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
