• This position reports to two managers
• Under the first manager, this position will be a cross between a traditional BA and a Dev App.
• Under the second manager, this position will work to gather data for an enterprise-wide project
• 5-7 years of technical BA experience
• BS Degree
• Java coding
• Experience with SQL scripts
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal
• Must be comfortable communicating with executives
• Ability to turn findings into useful and strategic information
• Must be professional
• MS Office
• Must have a good attitude
• There will be potential for additional cross training with coding if resource is interested.
