Understand the client environment, client requirements and stated and unstated expectations
Work with the Project Manager, Scrum Master and Product Owner to understand the sprint deliverables and prepare test data and test scripts to automate testing
Prepare test log and test reports and ensure that they reflect the status accurately
Ability to perform unit, integration, system and data migration testing including both white box and black box testing
Provide inputs for sprint planning, product backlog, sprint backlog to the scrum master to ensure that the team is able to deliver the code defect free
Support the Product Owner and Project Manager in their efforts to manage the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope
Facilitate demonstration of the work product by the team to the client
Ability to work with agency stakeholders, internal and external, to facilitate the development of effective, responsive, fully 508 compliant application solutions
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years as QA Tester in a major federal agency.
Power Platform and SharePoint experience required
6+ years of experience with mission-critical application development, digital transformation, application modernization efforts involving Microsoft Technologies such as .net, SQL Server, Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, and Power Apps.
Experience in testing applications that are on-prem, on cloud, and hybrid
4+ years of experience in .net Nunit script development
bachelor's degree in STEM engineering or related courses
