Qualification Number   Requested Qualifications:

1.            84 months experience designing and implementing highly available and scalable multitier applications using Object Oriented or Service Oriented Architecture involving data structures, algorithms, software design and JEE Design Patterns.

2.            84 months experience in creating technical designs and deploying applications in IBM WebSphere Portal 6.1, WebSphere Application servers 6.0 or higher using JAVA Development Kit (JDK 1.5 or higher).

3.            84 months experience planning, designing, implementing and integrating systems related to criminal justice processing (including but not limited to:  disposition processing, fingerprint identification processing, criminal history updating, Sex Offender management, tracking of Wanted/Missing persons, or initiatives related to Offender Supervision).

4.            48 months experience in architecting, designing, and developing solutions using Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana

5.            48 months experience creating technical designs used to implement applications deployed on an Integrated Justice Portal.

6.            48 months experience performing analysis of systems or processes resulting in system efficiencies such as automation of manual processes or integration with other systems.
