Job Description:

1.            Strong in ETL Tools (Informatica, DataStage, Data Build Tool, etc.)

2.            Thorough knowledge in Database Technologies (Oracle, Hadoop, Netezza etc.)

3.            Working experience in Agile Development Methodologies, including SAFe

4.            Exposure of working in Unix environment

5.            Experience in Python programming is a plus

6.            Experience in working in Agile projects and JIRA tool

7.            Manage all aspects of test execution in support of ETL/database testing Analyze testing results and other data to ensure continuous improvement in quality and efficiency

8.            Foster collaboration between different teams for successful releases

9.            Identifies and develops ways to improve the quality, capability, or efficiency of the testing process.

10.          Responsible for oversight of day-to-day testing activities of multiple releases supporting varying project scope.

11.          Self-starter who can work independently establish priorities.

12.          Superior multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, often deadline oriented and dynamic environment.

13.          Good communication skills

JD-Automation Tester:

1.            Strong in ETL Tools (Informatica, DataStage, Data Build Tool, etc.)

2.            Thorough knowledge in Database Technologies (Oracle, Hadoop, Netezza etc.)

3.            Develop and automate integration, functional, and system test scripts

4.            Develop, maintain and validate data quality standards and metrics

5.            Hands-on experience in Unix

6.            Hands-on in API Testing experience using POSTMAN, SOAP UI

7.            Working experience in Agile Development Methodologies, including SAFe

8.            Hands on expertise in a variety of test automation framework/tools (e.g., Robot Framework Selenium) and coding using any languages (Python, Bash; Java)

9.            Experience in DevOps operations (with tools like Jenkins) and test integration, processes and tools (qTest, JIRA, etc.), source configuration tools (GIT, Bitbucket.)

10.          Define ETL testing process and validate business rules and policies to data and transformations including all data pipelines

11.          Knowledge of data flows, data architecture, ETL and processing of unstructured data

12.          A solid understanding of common software development practices and tools

13.          Experience with testing real-time data-processing and Analytics Application System

14.          Ensure data standards/integrity are maintained in order to deliver the highest quality products

15.          Develop and review test plans and test scripts
