· A minimum of 10 years of experience implementing some combination of Oracle Financials modules including: General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets
· Should be able to conduct user sessions to collect and analyze business requirements
· Have experience in documenting requirement, perform fit gap analysis and write functional specification
· Experience in developing test scenarios and write test scripts
· Reviews technical specification and assist in design, development, testing and implementation of Oracle EBS upgrade
· Reviews customizations and oversee resolution of technical and operational issues in timely manner
· Prepare/review weekly status reports and present status report to customer
· Ensures project deliverables meet customer expectation, address customer issues
· Review training materials and conduct super/end user training
· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with an ability to extract, translate and communicate meaningful information at all levels of Executives, Senior Managers, and Associates across business and technology organizations.
