Duties & Responsibilities
· Participate in and manage SharePoint projects, solutions, and migrations.
· Expertise configuring form libraries, lists, workflows, team sites, content management sites, user permissions, enterprise search, security, and reporting services.
· Configuring Microsoft SharePoint out-of-the-box solutions.
· Developing and customizing Microsoft SharePoint solutions.
· Assist Business Partners in the process of identifying business needs, prioritizing, planning, functional business area Microsoft SharePoint projects.
· Responsible for creating automated business process improvement solutions using web forms, metrics, workflows, and dashboards.
· Improve operational efficiencies and automate business processes by developing Microsoft SharePoint workflow solutions.
· Research platform issues, debug, and solve technical problems.
· Create end-user training/reference documents and train key users on system functionality as needed.
· Provides input towards Microsoft SharePoint governance, enterprise vision, strategy, policies, and best practice
· Strong task management, customer contact, and task prioritization skills are required.
· Requires knowledge & experience in SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2019
· Builds knowledge of the organization, processes & customers.
· Solves a range of straightforward problems; analyzes possible solutions using standard practices.
· On-call responsibilities, including after-hours support
· Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
Minimum Qualifications:
· Three or more years of experience with Information Management and Enterprise Content Management systems required (i.e. SharePoint)
· Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent (work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts) and 3 years of relevant work experience.
· The ability to manage multiple priorities with a high incidence of changing requirements, analyze and clarify ambiguous requests/instructions, meet very aggressive deadlines and demanding work schedules, and manage large workloads.
· Prior use of tools such as Sharegate is highly desirable.
· Ability to work with business users to create stable, reliable SharePoint solutions in SPO that meet business requirements.
· Must have 3 years of experience in researching, evaluating, designing, testing, recommending, and planning the implementation of SharePoint systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in SharePoint migrations and resolving issues caused by migrations.
· Three years of experience supporting SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2019 or prior versions.
· Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Suite with an advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel and its usage in SharePoint environments.
· Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, MS Flow, InfoPath, and other Microsoft SharePoint related add-ons.
