•             Strong C# experience

•             Full stack development

•             Good communication skills and language fluency

•             MS SQL database (writing functions, stored procedures, and performance tuning)

•             Multithreading development (async/await)

•             Dependency injection

•             Writing and running unit tests

•             WCF experience

•             Working in Agile/SCRUM environment experience

•             Production support and release management participation experience

Would like at least one of:

•             .NET Core or .NET Standard experience

•             XAML MVVM experience (WPF, UWP, Xamarin.Forms, or WinUI) developer with strong skills in this (we’d like at least one)

•             Strong Linux usage experience

•             RDL report development

Would be nice to have, but not required:

•             Working in Agile/SCRUM environment experience

•             ReactJS or Blazor experience

•             Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated testing

•             Previous financial/investment/wealth management industry experience

•             More experience in desktop development than web development

•             Cloud development experience

•             Familiarity with a Service Oriented Architecture or Microservices
