· The Organizational Change Management Analyst (OCM) role will focus on the people and process-related changes necessary to achieve the desired benefits from investments made in technology solutions.
· The OCM Analyst will apply a structured approach to Organizational Change Management and focus on increasing adoption of solutions and benefits realization supporting (USD)50M+ in IT projects.
· The OCM Analyst will provide consulting and support to IT portfolio and project teams to ensure that the appropriate level of Organizational Change Management, communication, and marketing is planned, executed and measured for a wide range of initiatives including strategic planning, IT project implementation and operational support

Responsibilities:
· Develop marketing, communication and change strategies to support IT portfolio and project goals, minimize disruption and maximize engagement
· Create and implement clear, concise and compelling communications including newsletters, articles, emails, intranet content, presentations, videos, job aids and FAQs to promote and prepare for new technology, policies and processes
· Provide both strategic counsel and tactical marketing communication support for multiple stakeholders including senior leaders
· Measure the effectiveness of communications and change management by regularly evaluating successes, opportunities and risks, as well as incorporating feedback/lessons learned for continual improvement

ADD Responsibilities:
· Works closely with department managers, co-workers, and peers to define and analyze business and operational problems, process improvement opportunities and requirements;
· Analyzes operational and business mandates and legal requirements;
· Identifies and analyzes complex, ambiguous and/or conflicting business process issues;
· Advises department leaders on technology related projects;
· Explains technology and process options and assists managers in analysis and decision making;
· Analyzes management information needs and recommends data and reporting processes;
· Facilitates user meetings;
· Recommends work process and/or operational changes to complement system functionalities;
· Serves as an advocate for department needs with IT;
· Stays abreast of developments in departmental processes to anticipate emerging technology needs.
· Participates in the development of statements of work for RFPs/RFIs;
· Participates in evaluating vendor applications and solutions;
· Coordinates department review of vendor deliverables for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that department needs and requirements have been met. 
· Develops training materials and handouts;
· Conducts user applications training classes and one-on-one training sessions;
· Develops and maintains user documentation. 
· Designs and generates custom reports to meet user needs; uses reporting tools to extract user-required data.
