We currently have a contract opportunity for a Mobile SDET Engineer- Android.
- Will be developing Android applications and testing with Espresso and Appium
- Perform Test Case design and identify any opportunity for Test and Performance automation
- Plan and prepare test environments to ensure test plans can be executed in a timely and efficient manner
- Responsible for communicating and resolving software defects
- Measure and track quality assurance metrics across application
Qualifications
- Worked as a SDET performing mobile test automation, preferably in an agile team, creating white-box tests for code as they are delivered to you by the development team
- Has experience with any or all of these testing frameworks - Espresso and Appium
- Familiar with working with device management systems like Perfecto for real devices, emulators and simulators
- DevOps experience - Scheduling tests in CI/CD Pipeline
- Computer software configuration or development experience in any of the following technologies: Java and Kotlin – should be comfortable reading code written in native mobile languages and create tests for them
