- Certified PMP or equivalent experience
- Agile 3 year(s) of experience
- Analytical and have excellent planning and organizational skills
- An effective facilitator
- Responsible for managing stakeholder expectations
- A practical problem solver who is resourceful
- Experience managing an entire project lifecycle from initiation through close
- Self-motivated and have a high attention to detail and can manage multiple projects across stakeholders
- Experience working with a matrix organization
- Demonstrated experience using Project Online or other project management tools
- Experience with both traditional waterfall and Agile/Scrum methods of managing projects
- Experience interacting with both business and IT stakeholders at all levels including executive level
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
