• 7+ years over-all experience in IT/QA leading and supporting projects
• Hands-on experience in manual testing – minimum 5+ yrs of experience.
• Experience in banking domain and credit cards.
• Experience in test design and execution.
• Experience in defect management using defect management tools – JIRA/HP ALM preferred.
• Experience in Agile projects.
• Experience in co-ordination with multiple teams.
• Lead and develop testing scenarios for review with business teams.
• Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives
• Ability to demonstrate good communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in projects that have complex data requirements
• Test Automation – TOSCA (Highly Desired) or any other automation tool (Preferred)
