- Should have 8 – 10 years of experience as BA/TA
- Contact Center experience is must.
- Chatbot experience is add on advantage
- Should be able to discuss with Business team and gather business requirements and put own thoughts as well
- Should be able to convert the Business requirements to functional requirements and subsequently to Technical requirements
- Analyze the APIs for each integration and ask necessary questions to respective team and get detailed information
- Should be able to write SQL queries as well
- Strong JIRA experience is must and should have user stories writing experience
- Should have working experience on Agile development environment
