• 6+ Years of experience as a Performance Test Lead
• Should have working experience in JMeter, Neoload and Blaze meter performance tool(s)
• DevOps Experience with Docker and Git Lab required
• Experience in restaurants or QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) domain preferred
• Create and implement performance testing strategy for the client
• Identify and document Performance NFRs, KPIs & scalability factors
• Resource should have worked with Test Management tools such as Jira
• Should have handled client independently with offshore co-ordination a must
• Planning, Monitoring and Control of Testing Activities and Tasks
• Resource should have experience in Test Estimation for the tasks & projects
