Table A below contains the standard list of responsibilities. Responsible for 100% of the Functional tasks for the seven (7) modules listed below.  As required support from offshore will be available for certain tasks to support the Project Plan (e.g., offshore can help with unit testing, debugging, MD50 creation, etc.)

Responsible for MSCA Functional Setups and Scan Gun Initiation for the MSCA module.
APEX Custom Scheduling Application
Provide the design and development for the APEX Custom Scheduling application.  The Functional scope of this application is defined as follows:

Ability to create an export of ASCP Resource Scheduling data for multiple periods

Ability to perform “What  If” queries based on ASCP data for Resource Changes and display them graphically

Ability to provide multiple views of the Resource Requirements based on the latest ASCP calculations

The ability to update the available capacity

By month, week or resource as to be defined

To permanently update (all plans going forward) vs one time update

Any new requirements beyond what has already been listed above to will be consumed as part of CEMLI
Service Contracts
If required, evaluate whether the Service Contracts module can be eliminated and the corresponding Functional effort moved into Order Management during MVP1.   If the Service Contracts module is required, it will be configured as part of MVP2.

Functional Lead / Functional Consultant

Works directly with client and ITC Project Manager to facilitate all deliverables related to business and solution areas. This role will prepare and present all workshop sessions, and lead solution design, system testing and gap analysis discussions.

The following responsibilities belong to this role:

Provide initial training to the core team on delta functionalities

Analyze current standard business processes, business areas and data to anticipate effect of the global deployment

Conduct gap analysis and resolution

Coordinate functional cutover plan activities and end-user acceptance

Provide post-go-live support
