Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
Leads the delivery of high quality business systems solutions.
Leads projects/programs with significant impact and complexity.
May lead a project team of BSAs on a large project or program in a “divide-and-conquer” model. Effectively distributes tasks and monitors status and quality.
Meets with senior technical staff and/or vendors to understand technical options for solutions.
Responsible for providing assistance on or conducting the more complicated walkthroughs of technical and operational features, functions, and attributes of a new or existing system.
Responsible for the resolution of complicated software support issues related to application design specifications for new applications or enhancements.
Plans and prioritizes effectively across multiple projects and/or programs.
Recommends business process redesign where applicable.
Negotiates resolution of conflicting or competing requirements across departments.
Provides mentoring, coaching and direction setting to new hires and project team members.
Responsibilities include regularly making decisions and taking independent action on projects.
Uses strong analytic skills to solve problems and make decisions based on limited precedents or guidelines.
Proactively generates new ideas and opportunities to innovate products, services, processes and/or technology.
Understands business decisions and is able to communicate “why” to others.
Leverages own role and contribution in growing business or increasing efficiency.
Knowledge of current industry trends in one or more technology and/or BSA practice domains.
