As the Business Systems Analyst, you get to embark on a journey to create and define how we deliver experiences to our employees. This is a business facing role that requires strong communication skills and has the ability to build trusting relationships. This role requires strong collaboration to work cross functionally with the many organizations internally.
Role & Responsibilities:
Lead the development team and partner with our business stakeholders to deliver specific projects in the Asset Management space.
Projects include Mobility process improvements, software reclamation, and various improvements within our software management lifecycle.
Serve as a scrum master to the agile team responsible for delivering solutions
Responsible for product planning, delivery, and marketing throughout the product life-cycle
Build the next generation employee experiences using ServiceNow platform to drive self-service and efficient processes with a focus on employee experience
Work closely with development and other teams to deliver high quality products
Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases
Develop a forecast for the product based on input from stakeholders and customers
Identify key benefits and value of products and maintain an adoption strategy of products
Skills
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
5+ years of functional expertise in software project implementations
Lead cross functional teams for companywide strategic initiatives
Experience serving as a scrum master with strong skills managing a backlog and driving sprints
Proven experience driving a development team
Strong knowledge and experience of ServiceNow platform (with a focus on Asset Management)
Strong knowledge of integration to external systems
Experience performing detailed gap analysis, and preparing as-is & to-be process documentation
Ability to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation and may require collaboration across multiple functional/technical teams
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience; including both verbal and written communications
Strong technical background, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience preparing end-user documentation and conducting end-user training
Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong experience defining a roadmap and achieving the outcomes of the roadmap
Proven experience managing delivered products and owning the solutions put forth
Proven experience driving adoption and forecasting key values and benefits of products
Education
Bachelor's degree and/or an education/work experience equivalent. Advanced degree would be a plus
