- Understanding of Cell Storage software
- Troubleshooting experience
Database and RAC Skill
- Hands on experience of RAC, Database and ASM management
- Solid understanding of RAC components and architecture
- Performance tuning experience of RAC and database
- Experience of ASM management and configuration
- Day to day monitoring experience of RDBMS and RAC environment
Unix Skill
- Good hands on LINUX/Solaris operating system
- Basic knowledge of Unix shell scripting
- Unix user management experience
- Basic Unix administration
Patching Skill
- Exadata bundle patching includes Storage cell, DB server, PDUs and network switches
- RDBMS and GRID patching experience
Migration Skill
- Experience of database migration from non-Exadata to Exadata environment
- DB migration from non-rac to RAC
- Cross platform DB migration
- Understanding of Golden gate would be preferred
- Data guard administration and implementation
Monitoring Tool Skill
- Installation and configuration of OEM 12c
- Integration of OEM 12c with Exadata
- Monitoring of Exadata using OEM 12c
- Understanding of ASR
