- Excellent communication skills! Ability and experience to communicate effectively with internal and external vendors. Lead meetings.

- Create and execute an RFP to select the vendors to do the actual work
- Strong PM, a driver
- Can work cross-functionally and in a federated environment
- Able to work with all levels of an organization
- Strong awareness of OCM and how to manage different cultures
- Must have PM and ITSM experience (hardware asset management)
- Must have asset management, CMDB (USC uses ServiceNow) and discovery implementation experience
- Must understand boots on the ground inventory/collection planning.

Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze slides already created by another vendor, breakdown, redo, create RFPs
- Take a high level approach done by another vendor
- Create and execute an RFP to select the vendors to do the actual work
- Refine the plan, timeline, resource planning and budgets
- Do this by end of June.
