- Provide development estimates for user stories
- Translate business requirements into functional and non-function system requirements
- Analyze end user needs and design, develop and unit test software to satisfy demand
- Contribute to design and coding standards to ensure consistency across applications
- Partner with site reliability engineers to ensure successful deployment of solutions
- Work closely with TS Operations team to monitor production systems
- Partner closely with business system analyst team to troubleshoot and provide solutions for production issues
- Responsible for upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Design, build, maintain, and extend data models within Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform.
- Analyze requirements, plan and design system tables / components using techniques, such as structured analysis, data modeling and information engineering.
- Plan and execute appropriate testing (e.g., test plans, test cases, and test scripts) to comprehensively test assigned enhancements to business applications.
- Review and analyze application performance, to provide enhancement recommendations and process improvements.
- Provide risk assessment for new functionality and enhancements
- Strong understanding of business processes and how technology can enhance and improve these processes
- Proficient communication, planning, problem solving, trouble shooting, and organization skills

Qualifications
- BS/BA or equivalent work experience
- Experience implementing enterprise-level applications for Incentive Compensation Management (Varicent, Xactly, Optymyze, etc.)
- Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets
- Proven ability to develop end to end software with a background in computer science or programmable IT
- Experience working in agile and lean software development
