Minimum 5 years’ Experience in Handling Production Support Activities for  enterprise applications.
Understanding of SQL Server Database, Job Scheduling, Batch Monitoring tools
Experience in dealing with the end users to gather necessary information required for evaluating production issues.
Experience in delegating the issues to the support teams and owning the resolution.
Knowledge of Debugging/Troubleshooting Database and application logs to identify the root cause of issues.
