JOB DETAIL

The Person will be ABAP development expert having good coordination, communication and skills. He should have understanding of business processes and have experience in development processes and change management. This person should be able to work with multiple teams in order to coordinate the solution between different teams.  This person will help Development lead to manage and meet the Development team goals and milestones; He should be able to take corrective action on any of the issues arising and impacting development teams.

 

Requirement:

  • Minimum of 10 years of SAP ABAP development experience  
  • Good understanding of SAP S/4 HANA and ABAP 7.0
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships within program team,
  • Good to have  experience in AIF and any batch scheduling tool
  • Experience of working large-scale SAP implementation process
  • Should have good knowledge of SLDC
  • Strong customer skills in general. Able to manage scope without negatively impacting the customer
  • Track record of successful delivery at the individual and team levels
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Exhibits acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Aligned with program goals and principles

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)

  • Analyst should be able to design, develop and test extract programs in ABAP SAP S/4
  • Should coordinate with functional team to finalize the technical design.
  • Write Technical design documents for RICEF objects 
  • Should be able to do quality and code review and provide feedback on development done by other resources
  • Participate in technical integration meetings to understand impact area in SAP S/4
  • Work with Technical Architect and SI teams to understand the scope of work and ensure all RICEF meets guiding principles
  • Work with SI development team and provide guidance about Stryker development methodology and processes
