Job description:
Line of Business:  Support Spectrum Enterprise – large business clients (just beginning to support this group)
Lines of Service/Products Supported: Video (Traditional cable, Stream/Internet TV), Data (also called Internet, HSD, HSI), Phone – Hosted, Ported

Business Analysis job description (Must-have):
Liaison between technical groups and the business
Ability to interact and handle different groups with competing needs
Requirements definition and elicitation
Ensure requirements are clear, concise and testable
A willingness to provide constructive feedback on projects
Ability to independently research topics using available tools like SharePoint and other document repositories
Ability to recognize and determine whether the changes impact other systems
Ability to recognize up/downstream dependencies
Organizational skills; coordination of meeting agendas, minutes and action items
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Other considerations which may be overlooked by business

Business Analysis Tools (Nice to have – At least MS Visio experience is needed though):
VP ArchiMetric (formerly known as Visual Paradigm)
All BA deliverables produced from ArchiMetric
Allows BAs to link and trace requirements end-to-end
Generates the requirements package (BAPD)
Central repository for requirements management and reusability
Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
Used to construct process flows to clearly show impact of project (as-is and to-be flows)
