Expertise and experience of agile development techniques and project management tools including ability to apply those tools and techniques with customer focus in mind.

Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferably technology related degrees)

Should have a minimum experience of 10+ years in the field of software project management.

Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in agile project management.

Good knowledge of a software product development lifecycle.

The person should be a go-getter with ability to multi-task and stay on top of lot of things simultaneously.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Detailed knowledge of defect tracking, automated testing, deployment pipeline, code security, vulnerability management tools.

Product back log management

Should be adept in budget management

Strong CR management skills.

Strong understanding of CI-CD, DevOps process and in-depth knowledge of DevOps tools.

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Ability to do conflict management with assertive communication skills

Worked in managing web dev large programs which involves below tech details –

5+ years of professional front end development around the user experience

·         Experience with responsive web design

·         Experience with CMS development (Contentstack)

·         Experience in developing rich applications with HTML, CSS, JavaScript

·         Experience developing web services using Java

·         Experience in front-end framework - React

·         Test frameworks Selenium

·         Experience with view layout and rendering technologies (e.g., responsiveness, progressive enhancement, browser/device support)

General Responsibilities

Responsible for end to end project management for the assigned project - includes project planning, delivery, client interaction, trouble shooting, managing project operational parameters and people management.

Coordinate with various business units and cross functional teams as required for successful delivery of a project.

Perform project planning to establish an overall project plan, including key milestones, and drives progress to achieve project plan within time and budget constraints.

Resolve potential issues related to project using knowledge, business specialists, critical decision-making skills, and judgements.

Manage team and deliver the project capabilities in predefined time within predefined budget.
