•            Need a BA with experience in Commercial Lending and Loan documents review.

•            Need to review the Commercial Loan documents in the document repository and come up with process to dispose the documents according to the company’s Information Lifecyle Management (ILM) standards

•            Proactive in reaching out to external teams and get the necessary information required to come up with the ILM process

•            Analyze the document types, document categories and document count by time period to come up with tracking of final disposition of the documents

•            Document the ILM process for disposition of Commercial loan documents

•            Work/Collaborate with the technical teams to fine-tune and implement the process

•            Prepare status reports and work with the business teams to highlight status on weekly basis

•            Enlist help to manage any risk proactively

•            Strong communication skills is required

•            Strong negotiation and persuasion skills required to accomplish the deliverables as per the timelines
