1) Facilitates business requirements gathering and verifies that requirements are clear and concise for Business, IT and Vendor delivery teams. 2) Participates in business process design/ configuration workshops and provides necessary technical consultation/assistance to Business SMEs. 3) Develop/ manage the Project management lifecycle documentation: Project plans (WBS), scope, budget, RAID, resource plan etc. 4) Lead and monitor the planning, configuration, deployment, and support of Geron’s systems. 5) Conduct weekly project meetings, leads the project teams (Business, IT, Vendors), with key focus on projects commitments and provides weekly project status/dashboards to IT Executive leadership. 6) Develops Validation/system documentation e.g. System Risk Assessments, URS, FRS, Validation Plans, Test plans, Validation Summary and administrative SOP’s/WI’s. 7) This role will be willing to take on other projects/ other duties as assigned.
