Position: Sr. BA with extensive background inany of the following Healthcare capabilities.
- Appeals & Grievances
- Utilization Management
- Care Management
- Enrollment Management
- Encounters Management
- Claims Management

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Under limited supervision,provides delivery support on medium to large portfolio business requests thathave a noticeable degree of ambiguity and complexity. Typically in support ofenterprise level portfolio initiatives large departments, mid-size and largestate plans, mid- and larger scale functional areas, mid- to large scaleprojects, or highly complex, technically challenging projects.
• Proven ability to formulatewell-conceived, targeted exec summaries and scalable recommendations.
Ability to execute data queries andanalysis to help fact based decision making
• Completes advanced deliverables;ability to use modeling techniques to design and communicate solutions.Complete mastery of techniques for requirements gathering, process modeling,testing, etc.
• Recognizes obstacles that requireattention. Solves vague/ambiguous problems of a scope to largescope/complexity. Only engages management chain for facilitation of seriousroadblocks/concerns.
• Supports projects that may havebroad cross functional impact and team organization.
•Demonstrated mastery of IIBAstandards.
•Provide program support/deliverysupport to Business Analyst in close partnership with Business Architecture andProgram Management.
At a program level providescoaching, knowledge management, requirements management and quality governanceto other BAs.
•Effective planning, organizationaland time management skills while on multiple assignments.
•Proven interpersonal skills whilein complex situations.
Ability to resolve conflicts andcause little to no noise.
•Monitors project progress bytracking BA activities, risk managing and employing mitigation plans while inclose partnership with Program Management.
•Frequently partners with ProgramDirectors/Program Managers.
•Ensures solutions meet businessneeds and requirements.
•Monitors Business Analyst projectdeliverables and ensures their timely and accurate completion.
• Proven ability to influencestakeholders and IT Leads to define scalable solutions.
•As needed will provide BusinessArchitect services.
•Provides cross-functionalconsultation to upstream and downstream partners.




Resource needs
� Resource with Market Place productexperience – must have 2 or more of our core competencies claims, encounters,enrollment, pharmacy, HCS, etc…
� Strong Sr. Business Analyst withstrong BA competencies with Provider, Pharmacy, Care Management – SocialDeterminant of Health (SDOH).
� We are resourcing for 5 newcontracts now
