JOB DETAIL

  •             Primary responsibility is to manage / work with production support team  and co-ordinate with Production support team in india
  •             Drive resolution in P2P area for all production issues
  •             Engage with business to understand pain points and address the same
  •             Focus on Root cause of issue and facilitate RCA, permanent resolution
  •             Strong knowledge in P2P business process
  •             Knowledge of Coupa is + as most of issues are related to Coupa
