o   LoadRunner (VuGen) scripting experience at medium to high level of expertise
o   Understanding of basic performance metrics: TPS, RT, Memory, GC, CPU. IO, etc
o   Loadrunner / Performance Center Script Creation and Execution experience
o    Compilation of Performance Test Results and identification of potential issues/bottlenecks
o    Participate in performance test requirements reviews, design reviews
o    Strong Loadrunner / Performance Center Script Creation, Execution and Monitoring experience
o    Strong Defect Identification and Triage skills
o    Performance Test Strategy/Plan Creation
o    Good communication skills
o    Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
