- Sr level role: 7+ years of experience including 5+ years working in a consumer facing design capacity
- must be proficient and have Mobile app design (or web app) work in their portfolio

- Needs to articulate their design work approach and how their brain works.

Job description:
Senior UI/UX Designer is responsible for the visual, navigation, and interaction design for leading-edge web solutions and mobile applications. Applies user-centered design methods to translate user needs, business objectives and technology capabilities into best in class user experiences.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Solving design challenges and producing high-quality UX and visual design solutions
- Create, and evaluate, multiple experiential/organizational modals
- Design for simplicity and ease of use – with ability to gain user feedback and to ongoing iterative User Research.
- Create simple data visualizations, both interactive and static
- Design both web and native mobile apps. Establish design conventions that go across devices.
- Support supplementary design requirements, such as preparing comps for presentations
- Strong communication skills that enable smooth work style with other designers, directors, digital product managers, technology teams and vendors
- Produce detailed guidelines that explain interactions and product experiences
- Ability to create iterative light designs (sketches) to drive collaboration and feedback
- Work within both an agile and waterfall operational methods
- Expert use of design tools; Sketch, Illustrator, Principle, After Effects, InVision, and Photoshop. Proficiency with Figma, Origami and/or Framer is a plus
