- 2+ years of work experience involving analytical rigor and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or relevant equivalent experience
- Experience with data related projects in an industrial hardware product manufacturing is a plus
- Ability to build connections with cross functional teams through communication and collaboration, and in delivering results in a goal-oriented environment
- Experience in presenting technical content to general audiences
- Communication experience with story-telling and presentations utilizing tools such as PowerPoint
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel/Power BI
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the business in defining data exchange and data integration requirements
- Requirements that captures data along the product journey
- Document process flow mapping across all distribution paths
- Support the business in defining requirements that enable sensitive data exchange with external entities
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Effectively communicate insights and plan to cross-functional team members and management
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Manage competing resources and priorities, monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
