What’s driving the openposition(s)?  

1.       Why is the positionopen and how long has it been open? We just placed Josh as the IT OpsManager and he’s building a team for incident management. They are implementinga 3^rd party tool and need someone who had experience managingincident management systems. Just opened and we are exclusive.

Job Responsibilities 

Whatare the core responsibilities this person will have day in and day out?  
- they are purchasing a monitoring tool (either OpsGenie or PagerDuty) and this person will help implement/ manage the tool.  ? 

8.     MUST HAVE skillsets

-       Experience implementing/ supportingnetwork monitoring/ outage systems.

-       Must understand networking (wirelesspreferred) so they know what they are looking at and how to build the processesaround

-       Must have experience implementingAPI integration around the tool.

9.     NICE TO HAVE’s?  

-       Retail Wireless experience
