I am looking for a Sr Business Analyst that has experience in both technical and functional process road mapping. This is a Consulting opportunity to begin the project and could lead to a longer-term contract. The candidate must have a background in manufacturing and distribution.

Process road mapping and have the ability to create Both functional and technical process mapping.

Experience with MS Dynamics The goal is to understand current state environment as well as todays process and procedures in order to provide the client a roadmap for change in the operational procedures.

This will allow them to use the technology to the maximum utilization and allow the employees to use the technology the way it was meant to be used.

The outcome of the initial analysis will be a prioritized project plan which the business can look at implementing with an effective implementation strategy and very high adoption rate.

Some additional outcomes the organization is looking to accomplish:

Reporting and dashboarding Real time cost/profit analysis Fixing data for other departments to use effectively.. example would be sales department for building proposals based off real time data for forecasting delivery time and quoting.

Possible new user interface for the whole company utilizing the back end data and integration to Batchmaster for easier user experience for employees and customers Customer portal for providing updates and information on orders and help tickets.
