- Candidate should have very good knowledge and hands on expertise on ASP.Net with C and SQL Server
- Should have prior experience in leading development projects from onsite
- The candidate should have very good experience in handling customer interaction opportunity discussion proposal presentation skills
- Additional skills of project and risk management is desired
- Excellent lead skills will be required and he will be needed to oversee and track onshore/offshore development and QA team
- He needs to collaborate with different other teams & vendors involved in the project
- The resource should have good knowledge about all phases of SDLC life cycle of a project
- The candidate needs to have excellent knowledge in Agile processes and methodologies
- The candidate should have good experience in agile scrum framework and also should have knowledge in kanban model
- Additional knowledge on SAFE framework is also desirable
