Mid-level Java Developer. Designs, develops, and implements web-based applications and back-end interfaces to fulfill business requirements. Designs and implements unit and functional testing. Performs design and code reviews. Resolves technical issues through debugging, research and investigation. Interfaces with Business Analysis and UI/UX teams.

Required Skills:
•5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree is required. Commensurate experience for education
•Strong knowledge and project experience in Java Technologies like J2EE, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, Spring, Springboot, JPA, Web Services (REST, Soap), XSLT, XML
•Working knowledge of developing for App servers preferably WebLogic, Glassfish and Tomcat
•Experience with modern JavaScript MVC frameworks, including Ember, EXT, Angular, and Bootstrap
•Experience with HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS
•Experience with Database design including Stored Procedures, DML and DDL tasks
•Knowledge of Jenkins/Code Management (GIT, SVN)/Configuration
•Experience with production support and issue resolution
 
Preferred Skills:
•Experience working with in an Agile development environment
•Experience with Atlassian Suite of tools, including Jira and Confluence
•Experience with automated testing (e.g. experience using Selenium)
•Possession of excellent communication and teamwork skills
