•Mandatory Requirements:
•    Act as primary point of contact for CHC’s customers for the implementation project
•    Organize implementation kick-off meeting
•    Project planning, establishing milestones and status reporting
•    Documenting and validating implementation requirements and defining scope for implementation
•    Gather provisioning data for CHC’s customer onboarding
•    Coordination of project activities with CHC and CHC’s customer stakeholders
•    Facilitating sign offs of project deliverables
•    Recurring project meeting coordination 
•    Project issue tracking and remediation
•    Support production implementation
•    Coordinate hand off to CHC support team
