Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements, prepare flow diagrams, and design documents and prepare proof of concepts.
Prepare functional specifications.
Perform development and configuration based on Functional and Technical specifications.
Perform unit/integration/performance tests.
Perform impact analysis and document the impacts.
Estimate efforts needed to complete the development for any enhancement.
Conduct workshops to identify business requirements, opportunities, and gaps in business process
Analyze Business Process and prepare functional flows.
Study existing landscape and list all the interfaces connected to the ERP
Identify the unwanted data transmissions and ineffective systems.
Document necessary business process reengineering and propose the better solutions for end-to end process
Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving and further leveraging the systems.
Constantly review the existing process and implement industry best practices and performance improvements.
Enhance SAP interfaces to enhance stability and ensure data integrity.
Conduct weekly meetings with client and application owners to review and retain the list of all applications required for project and track upgrade/patching requirements.
Discuss the solution design with offshore Development team and work in coordination with team to complete the tasks on time.
Conduct regular status update meeting and ensure project deadlines are met.
Assign the priority and revise the delivery schedule based on client requirements.
Perform data mapping, create data profiles, and recommend middleware and interface requirements.
Participate in resolution of high priority incidents related to SAP Sales and Distribution, SAP Mobile Data Entry and Label Management modules
Provide work around to ensure business continuity and provide frequent updates to stake holder while working on permanent fix.
Identify the business process gaps and propose solutions for effective end to end business processes.
Work on Development and testing for proposed solutions, follow up with business on the effectiveness of the solution.
Provide break fixes and implement corrective actions; provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for all reported incidents.
Monitor key performance indicators of SAP Production instances to ensure business processes are not interrupted.
